The owners ignored me the whole time I was there. The helpers helped me and I appreciate that even though there was a language gap. I knew what I wanted. Took a while to find it, but the assistant persisted even though his English wasn't great. The owners, despite him asking for help pretended to help out customers.
Good variety of merchandises. Store clerk seems to know what he is talking about. Can't vouch for the price though.

I called to asked a question and they didn't hear me out before they hung up on me and then ignored the rest of my calls. I just wanted to see if they had the right tool for my son's birthday. Awful.
Always a pleasure to shop here! The personnel is always nice and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! Unlike the Big Box stores, Moore's has items that you won't find elsewhere. If you find yourself waiting, its because the staff is REALLY helping someone with a problem and not just to catch a break.
